Workplace Conduct
Hierarchy, forms of address, punctuality, discretion and handling disagreement.
International business etiquette and corporate protocol
Practical training for teams who work with international clients, partners and colleagues.
The programme
Your people already know the formal rules. What shapes how clients and partners see them is everything the rulebook leaves out: how formal to be, when to speak, how to welcome an international visitor and which courtesies put a guest at ease.
Through realistic scenarios and practical exercises, teams learn to handle business situations with confidence, discretion and cultural awareness.
Spot the small etiquette mistakes that cost goodwill even when formal procedures have been followed.
Read the occasion, the people, their cultural expectations and the right level of formality.
Practise realistic business situations so the learning can be applied immediately.
Represent the organisation consistently across meetings, correspondence, dining and formal events.

What your organisation gets
Short expert input is followed by case studies, observation exercises, simulations and direct feedback. Depending on the format, participants may receive an etiquette reference guide, practical checklists and a personal action card.
A Corporate Signature Etiquette Code can also be commissioned to document the organisation’s preferred standards for workplace conduct, professional appearance, meetings, hospitality, correspondence, dining and events.
